In Stitches With Jes: When I was a little girl, my mom didn't want to buy me cross-stitch fabric, for fear that I would loose interest in it. (I had given her a lot of reasons to think this about me.) She (very cleverly) told me to use paper towels for my cross-stitch designs. I was the 2nd grader at recess who sat on the sidewalk and worked on my cross-stitches. At the time, maybe that made me a dork... now, it makes me crafty. I love creating. I love making people smile when they see their item. That's who I am.
